AIRPORT MEET & GREET TRANSFERS TO ACTIVITIES

ARRIVAL TRANSFER

PASSENGERS ARE MET AT THE AIRPORT  BY OUR UNIFORMED STAFF (MIE SHIRT AND BLACK PANTS) HOLDING A SIGN DISPLAYING THE COMPANY´S LOGO AND CUSTOMER´S NAME. PLEASE ADVISE CUSTOMERS TO AVOID THE TIME SHARE ROOM THAT IS LOCATED AT THE AIRPORT RIGHT AFTER CLEARING CUSTOMS AND KEEP WALKING UNTIL THEY FIND OUR PERSONNEL HOLDING THE SIGN. ONCE WE MEET CUSTOMERS WE TAKE  THEM TO THEIR ASSIGNED VEHICLE; BEFORE LEAVING THE AIRPORT THEY WILL BE GIVEN INFORMATION OF WHAT TO DO ONCE AT THE HOTEL.

DEPARTURE  TRANSFER

PASSENGERS ARE CONTACTED AT THE HOTEL MAIN LOBBY  ACCORDING TO THEIR RETURN FLIGHT SCHEDULE. THEY WILL BE INFORMED TO BE READY WITH LUGGAGE AND CHECK OUT PASS 5 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR PICK UP TIME. REGULATIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS REQUIRE THEM TO BE AT THE AIRPORT TWO HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME. AS A GUIDELINE THE PICK UP TIME  WILL BE  3 HOURS PRIOR FLIGHT DEPARTURE.
